Excuse the title of this blog, I am a loser, clearly, but I had to mention to all of you that Brett Gardner his his first career home run tonight. It was a MONSTER shot to right. I still don't think it has landed, but if I had to guess, it must have went AT LEAST 335 feet. A true bomb if there ever was on.
Haven't posted in a while so I just wanted to inform you guys. It is only 2-1 now in the top of the 2nd, but I think this is the game the Yankees turn it around. I don't know why, but I just think today will be the day that the Yankees start hitting, start pitching, and most importantly, start winning.
As I was writing that, the on fire Johnny Damon just hit a RBI triple and the Yankees lead 3-1. This is the time, mark my words.
